Martyr

He was the son of heretical parents, but educated by a Catholic teacher, he entered the nascent Order of Preachers, where he made wonderful conversions. Exercising the office of inquisitor, going from the city of Como to Milan, he was assassinated by the heretics. Before he expired, he traced this word on the ground with his blood: Credo.

V/. St. Peter of Verona
R/. Pray for us.
