She shine on the throne with heroic virtues, especially mortification and charity towards the poor. She raised her eight children with great care. She made the King, her husband, an emulator of her virtues, and urged him to introduce precious reforms for the splendor of worship and observance of the precepts of the Church. She is Patroness of the kingdom of Scotland.
