Virgin and Martyr
Converted by Saint Paul, she consecrated her virginity to Christ. A protomartyr of the Christian virgins, he triumphed in the time of Nero over three most atrocious torments: fire, wild beasts and sea monsters. He survived many years and died in holy old age, and his relics were brought to Tarragona.
