Confessor
He is one of the founders of the clerics regular minor, who dedicate themselves to contemplation and apostolic work. Three times he came to Spain to propagate his Order there; which he achieved widely with his heroic virtues and with the splendid largesse of the monarchs Felipe II and Felipe III. He was very devoted to the Eucharist and the Blessed Virgin.
