Virgin
At the age of seven she made a vow of virginity. Terrible attacks she suffered from her mother to force her to marry and befriend the world. At sixteen she became a Dominican tertiary. Later, she toured the streets and squares and went to the prisons to help the victims of political disturbances. She had overwhelming influence over the Popes of Avignon, whom she urged to return to Rome. She was endowed with heavenly wisdom and wonderful eloquence. She died at the age of thirty-three, in the year 1380.
