Catholic Feast
Today the Catholic Church celebrates not only the Canonized Saints, but, together with them, all the souls who left this world in the grace of God, and purified in purgatory, already enjoy the divine vision in heaven. Saint John saw them in his Apocalypse, and he counted of the lineage of Israel a mysterious number. Then he saw a crowd “that no one can count, from every nation, from every town and from every place.”
Let us imitate in our lives the spirit of holiness that is portrayed at the Sermon on the Mount, and we will certainly obtain bliss in heaven.
V/. Blessed Souls.
