Martyr

He was Roman; he lived shamelessly with a woman named Aglaé; But both were converted, and he suffered terrible torments for the true faith, in the midst of which he exclaimed: “I thank you, my Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God.” He died beheaded. Aglaé collected the holy body and built in his name a church on the Aventine.

V/. St. Boniface
